ABOUT OPHELIA

Named after Chef Francisco’s mother, Ophelia will specialize in authentic Mexican cuisine prepared with a refined, elevated approach.

β€œGiven my strong connection to Mexican cuisine, we saw an opportunity to take advantage of my knowledge and passion and do something truly unique here in Olympic Village,” Higareda explains. β€œMy mother inspired my love of cooking and it will be a true honour to return to my roots and pay homage to her and my country at Ophelia this spring.”

Ophelia will also offer a fully licenced bar serving handcrafted cocktails made with premium tequilas and mezcals, along with local and imported craft beers, and New- and Old-World wines.

Ophelia is excited to be joining in Dine Out Vancouver for 2021 beginning February 5 to March 7. 

We are offering a delicious 3 course menu for $45 per person and suggested wine pairings that you can choose to add to your order. Come and experience authentic Mexican cuisine at the fine dining level along with amazing beverage options and some of the most creative cocktails in the city.
