Archer Dining: New Chef, New Menu! — Miss Eileen Soo

Trying the NEW À la carte menu and NEW drinks menu @archerdining.

It’s my second time dining at @archerdining fabulous food, service + some of the best cocktails! Oh and the space is stunning! I love their green velvet seats and wood ceiling! 💚

Here’s what I ate:

STARTERS:
☞ Uni + Lardo - uni, lardo, summer truffles, brioche.
☞ Smoked Oysters - herb crust, pickled shallots, ikura, citrus pearls.
☞ Roasted Scallops - romesco sauce, verjus bacon vinaigrette, puffed wild rice.

MAINS:
☞ Halibut - extra virgin olive oil poached halibut, sauce vermouth, asparagus, seasonal mushroom.
☞ Cheeky Berkshire - pork jowl, baby chow, raspberry crumble, Tokyo turnips, grapes.

DESSERT:
☞ Mille Feuille - black sesame ganache, white chocolate, passionfruit curd, black sesame ice cream.

COCKTAILS:
☞ Kami hiköki - Suntory toki, averna, honey,lemon, egg whites.
☞ Lavender yuzu spritz - Empress gin, lavender, yuzu, lemon.
☞ Perfect Matcha - Cazadore; reposado, sombra mezcal , grapefruit, matcha.
☞ Suikarita - Cazadorez reposado, watermelon, triple sec, lime, milk wash.
