A Hidden Gem: Aiyaohno Cafe
Aiyaohno Cafe serves some unqiue food and drinks.
Serving healthy vegan/pescatarian sandwiches, ramen, and seasonal lunch specials. Vegetable-focused cuisine with some local wild fish. We are a husband and wife team cooking food inspired by the many countryside cafΓ©s we stumbled across during our travels across Japan.

Tucked away just in Chinatown, this little cafe is serving up yummy fresh snacks and lunches! Located at 425 Carrall St. @aiyaohno.cafe
The ingredients are fresh and their bread is made daily. The owners are working on a community farm-to-table for their next seasonal vegetable batch! I am obsessed with their house-made pickles and house-made salad dressing! This is not my first visit and it certainly wonβt be my last!
I highly recommend the miso sablefish, any of their sando, or their cold noodles!
Be sure to check out their drink menu because they switch it up each season! They currently have a fun twists to their iced matcha drinks!
We were there to try a new dish not on their menu yet: the Ikura Shoyu Butter Udon. My goodness was this a heavenly dish! So buttery!! A must order if you are in the mood for cold noodles with a beautiful creamy texture.
We had:
The iced Matcha Latte
Hojicha Chai Latte
Sakura Latte
