Dicky’s x Rosie’s will pop up three times with three special celebratory dishes

Dicky’s Dumps and Rosie’s BBQ are coming together for their first-ever collaboration with special dishes pairing Chinese dumplings and Texas BBQ together to welcome and celebrate the Year of the Dragon.

The Crispy Dumplings & Brisket, Brisket & Dumplings Ramen, and Brisket & Dumplings Noodle Plate combine Dicky’s Dumps handmade dumplings with Rosie’s slow-smoked, grass-fed 63 Acres premium BC beef brisket for a celebration-worthy feast. Dumplings are an essential part of Chinese New Year and brisket is the pinnacle of Texas BBQ, so bringing them together is a double dose of indulgent flavours that will linger long in the memory.

The collaboration will pop up on three Saturdays during the Chinese New Year season: February 3rd at Batch Vancouver, February 10th at Dalina on Main, and February 17th at Parkside Brewery in Port Moody.

“We’ve been friends and fans of each other’s food for a long time,” said Dickson Li, who co-owns Dicky’s Dumps with Pearl Lam. “When Karl approached us about a Chinese New Year collab, it was the perfect chance to team up and do something fun.” Karl Gregg of Rosie’s BBQ added: “One of the coolest things I’ve discovered on recent trips to Texas is the way Asian flavours are being combined with Texas BBQ. Along with inspiration for our new menus for Rosie’s, it motivated us to plan this pop-up.”
