We are excited to welcome you back to one of Vancouver’s most beloved art events! The third edition of this annual fundraiser supports creativity, self-expression, and compassionate care for Dr. Peter Centre’s participants living with HIV.

This is an exquisite opportunity to be a part of an evening of fun and excitement featuring live and silent art auctions with 300+ young and aspiring art enthusiasts, collectors and philanthropists bidding on works from emerging local artists in support of art therapy at the Dr. Peter Centre.

Art therapy can lessen the impact of physical and psychological symptoms of HIV, mental illness and addictions. It provides an opportunity to create positive experiences and foster resiliency-allowing individuals to thrive, complementing the medication regime and encouraging a more consistent engagement in HIV treatment at the Dr. Peter Centre.

The auction will open Friday, May 12, 2023 at 12:00 PM for Advance Online Bidding. Both live and silent auction items will be available to bid on prior to the event. To bid on an auction item, simply bid on the lot # of your choice.
Live Auction
Advance bids for the Live Auction will be included in the Live Auction the night of the event. Items will be auctioned in the lot order in which they appear in the Art for Life catalogue. Live Auction items will be finalized the night of the event.
Advance Live Auction Online Bidding will close on May 26, 2023 at 2:00 PM PST.
Silent Auction bidding will close on May 27, 2023 at 12:00 PM PST.
Payment
Payment by successful bidders must be made immediately after the auction ends. Applicable tax of 7% PST will be applied to the final bid. Auction items will not be released to the buyer until payment is received in full.
Charitable Tax Receipt
Auction buyers may request a charitable tax receipt for the difference between the value and the final bid only if the final bid exceeds 125% of the value of the item.
Auction Item Pick Up
Auction purchases can be picked up from Monday, May 29 at Denbigh Fine Art Services - 155 W 7th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1L8. Or delivery can be arranged between Denbigh and the purchaser 604-876-3303.
