Fairmont Hotel Vancouver's 'Treat-Cycle' Returns This June
FAIRMONT HOTEL VANCOUVER ANNOUNCES RETURN OF 'TREAT-CYCLE' THIS SUMMER
Cool ice cream treats to beat the summer heat will cruise into Vancouver for weekly pop-ups beginning June 16
Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is bringing back its signature 'Treat-Cycle', popping up every Friday outside the hotel, churning up cups of house-made ice cream, beginning on Friday, June 16.
The hotel’s distinctive teal Treat-Cycle will once again be located street-side at Burrard and Albernievery Friday from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., serving up house-made cups of ice cream, created by the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef, Eric Fernandez. The frozen treats will be available for $7.00 per cup, with a new flavour served each week, like Tiramisu, Cinnamon Doughnut, Cherry Bourbon, and more.
During the Vancouver Pride Festival weekend, the Treat-Cycle will pop-up all weekend long from August 4 through August 6, featuring a specialty Raspberry and Passionfruit ice cream topped with a rainbow shortbread cookie. For every cup sold that weekend, $1 will be donated to the Vancouver Pride Society Community Bursary.
Limited quantities will be available every Friday on a first come first serve basis from June 16 through September 1. The weekly flavour schedule and weather-dependent updates will be shared on Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s Facebook and Instagram stories. Rain or shine, Notch8 Restaurant and Bar is open for daily service from 6:30 a.m. until late.
