Welcome to our exquisite gin tasting masterclass, where you'll explore the wonderful world of gin.
During the class, you'll learn about the different botanicals used in gin making, and how they interact with each other to create the signature flavour of each gin. You'll also discover the different styles of gin, from London Dry to Old Tom to New International Styles, and explore pairing gin with tonic and soda to see which you prefer.
We will be exploring eight different Gins during this 90 minute class. Yes, that’s right, eight!

If you're a fan of whisky, or just looking for a unique and exciting experience, you won't want to miss this tasting event. We've curated a selection of 8 of the most intriguing Canadian whiskies available, each with their own distinct flavour profile and story to tell.
We will start off with learning about different styles of Canadian whisky, how it's made, and what makes it unique from other countries’ whisky. You will then have self-directed time to explore the eight different offerings and work on your skills in writing tasting notes (this class is for beginners all the way to experts).
This class is going to showcase blended corn-forward whiskies, 100% ryes and three award-winning Single Malts made right here in BC & the Yukon.
