Nightshade strives to utilise it’s local resources to create a variety of house-made products, with thoughtful and creative techniques.

Our bar program offers an elevated experience for both proof and zero proof beverages. Made with intricate syrups, spirits and liqueurs that flaunt flavour forward profiles. Our naturally focused wine program provides some of the best BC has to offer on an organic front.
