KOOZA by Cirque du Soleil Makes a Triumphant Return to Vancouver with the Stunning Red Carpet Premiere of KOOZA
Lumiere 2023: Celebrating 10 Years and Still Glowing Strong
30+ illuminated artworks and light-based projections, accompanied by dynamic performances will enliven downtown Vancouver this November.

Last night, KOOZA by Cirque du Soleil officially premiered its 10-week engagement, presented by Sun Life, under the iconic Big Top at Concord Pacific Place. More than 2,400 glammed-up guests attended the event ending with a vibrant standing ovation. The performance which includes high-flying acrobatics, whimsical characters, lavish costumes, hilarious clowning, and a powerful live score wowed attendees.
Attendees reveled in the excitement of the evening by taking turns on the Red Carpet and moved to the beats of a local DJ during the after-party. The evening was made even tastier with a special collaboration brew from Philips Brewery, The Contortion lager, which is available only in the Big Top in Vancouver alongside premium local favourite, OLÉ Cocktails.

● KOOZA had its world premiere in April 2007 in Montréal, Canada, and has since played in over 66 cities in 22 countries, on four different continents, and has mesmerized close to 8 million spectators since its creation.
● 2023 marked KOOZA’s 16th-year anniversary and the show has been performed more than 4500 times.
● The tour is composed of 120 people from 25 different nationalities including 52 artists.
